Q. Are you looking for fill?

A. Poolworld are always looking for people who need clean fill from our excavations. If you are needing fill, please don't hesitate to contact us, we would love to hear from you.

  

Q. Can we buy a pool in kit form?

A. Yes - Poolworld has pools for any budget and we find that sometimes customers prefer to save money and install the pools themselves. Poolworld can ship our above ground pool kits to anywhere in Australia. 

  

Q. Do I require a Fire Ant Certificate?

A. Only if you are in a fire ant zone. Simply contact the DPI to arrange an inspection.

  

Q. If I am putting my Above ground pool into the ground do I need to locate a dumpsite?

A. It is the responsibility of the owner to locate a suitable, free dumpsite within 5km of your site.

  

Q. Can I fill my pool from the tap?

A. In most cases, yes,however it is still important tp check with your local council.

   

Q. Do I need council approval?

A. All pools require building approval, including information about your proposed fencing. Poolworld is happy to include council approval with your contract.

   

Q. Can I put my pool in before my house?

A. Yes - often building your home may restrict access, so it can sometimes be easier to build your pool before your house.

   

Q. Do I have to fill my pool immediatly?

A. Yes

  

Q. Do I need a temporary pool fence?

A. Yes - As per Australian Standards Legislation you are required to have a temporary fence in place from the start of excavation until your permament fence has been inspected and found complient with the Building Act 1975. If you already have a complient pool fence, a temporary pool fence is not required.

  

Q. Do I need an electrician?

A. Yes - You will need to have electrical points installed within access of pool equipment leads.
